Swedish schlager in Barcelona
Swedish schlager is apparently a big thing and there is actually bars in Barcelona that recognize this phenoma. Monday I got to experience this first hand at a newly opened bar in Raval, Bar Can-Can. Situated a bit off the normal route on 48 Carrer de las Carretes it is a great place with a fantastic feel to it. And yes, on mondays it’s schlager all night and 2 for 1 (for all “Swedes” so make sure to practise your swedish skills before you head out). 
The bar is one of those you can picture yourself going to every other night just to hang out and meet the neighbors and the very nice bartenders. And to drink their very nice apple drink consisting of spicy vodka and pieces of freshly cut apples dipped in cinnamon…
