Cold Snap Accross Europe

Yesterday was absolutely freezing!!!

The cold weather came from nowhere as Barcelona´s temperature dropped from approximately 17 degrees celcius on Tuesday to a chilly 6 degrees celcius yesterday (Wednesday). I think many people left there homes for work in the morning, only to return rapidly to grab their coats, gloves and beanies as the sudden change in temperature came as a shock to everyone. The non-stop rain did not help either.

However, Barcelona has not been the only place to experience a cold snap. Over the past few days other parts of Europe have experienced much colder temperatures.

As winter arrived early in England, London experienced its first snow in October for more than 70 years. Further North, Sweden is expecting snow storms within the next couple of days, which is unusual at this time of year.

Lets hope it is just a snap and the Barcelona weather warms back up again to what it should be.
