Plan Rosebud – showing tonight and tomorrow at Palau de la Virreina

An interesting way to spend the next two nights is to head to Palau de la Virreina where they are showing a documentary called Plan Rosebud about collective memory – the politics of memory and the tourist industry and “how certain cultural manifestations of resistance to the Franco dictatorship were made invisible by the elongated shadow of the Transition negotiated and enabled by many of the “omissions” of our historia”.

It seems like a pretty interesting event that make you look at Barcelona and Spain in a different way.

Oh, did I mention it’s free?
